- After the HVAC system has been
cleaned to the NADCA standards and disinfected, all accessible parts
of the system are inspected for leaks. These air leaks are then
repaired.
- The HVAC system is examined for
defects.
- After cleaning, the air handler and
supply trunk is resurfaced with an EPA registered
anti-bacterial/anti-fungal coating to help prevent fungal growth and
protect the internal liner from “air erosion” degradation.
