An anti-microbial treatment (EPA Registered) that kills and retards the regrowth of mold, mildew, algae, fungi and other disease causing spores is misted into the duct system (if/when necessary).  This product is proven safe for air systems.  

Any air leaks found in the unit, return and supply transitions are repaired on an access permitting basis.
