every component of the HVAC system to the NADCA standards and
EPA guidelines. This includes the return system, air handler,
heat exchanger, blower, coils, distribution plenum, supply ductwork and the diffusers/registers.
2. Disinfecting of
non-porous system components with an EPA registered biocide
(if/when necessary).
3. Identification
and repair of air leaks throughout the HVAC system on an
access-permitting basis.
4. Examination of
the HVAC system and reporting back to you on any conditions in
need of repair.
5. Resurfacing the
air handler with an EPA registered anti-bacterial/anti-fungal
coating to help prevent future growth of fungus and bacteria and
degradation of the internal fiberglass liner.
