Our Cleaning Process

Technicians arrive and review scope of work with the client - The HVAC System and Air Duct Cleaning Process Begins.

The Air Conditioning system is put under negative pressure - The system is surveyed and the vacuum hose is assembled and run from the truck to the air handler in the attic. The vacuum system is started and will remain running throughout the entire  cleaning process

All components of the unit are cleaned - The entire air handler is cleaned including the return, blower, heat exchanger, and coils.

All ceiling registers (vents) are removed and cleaned - All the registers are removed from the rooms and taken outside for cleaning and sanitizing

The rotary power brush is used to clean each duct run - Each duct is cleaned from the outlets in the rooms all the way back to the distribution plenum with our rotating power brush

Next the system is sanitized and air leaks repaired - An anti-microbial treatment (EPA Registered) that kills and retards the regrowth of mold, mildew, algae, fungi and other disease causing spores is misted into the duct system (if/when necessary). This product is proven safe for air systems

The distribution/supply plenum is resurfaced and the system returned to service - After cleaning, the distribution plenum is resurfaced with an EPA registered anti-bacterial/anti-fungal coating to help prevent fungal growth and protect the internal liner from air erosion degradation.
